BeelineEnterprise Notes Now Show Accurate Timestamps

An issue was resolved where notes synced from BeelineEnterprise displayed a blank date and time, making it difficult to determine when client and candidate notes were added in the ATS.

What This Fix Means

VMS Sync now correctly reads the note's original date and time from BeelineEnterprise, so the timestamp displays accurately. A related fix also prevents the same note from appearing twice after this change. This fix means notes have accurate timestamps, improving confidence in activity history and communication timing for affected accounts.
